Jean Pascal Cabardos
Classical Ballet and Pilates Instructor.
Jean Pascal Cabardos was born in France and studied Ballet in Aix en Provence with Lise Delaplace.
In 1985, he joined the Ballet of L'Opera d'Avignon. From 1986 to 1995, he was a member of Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo. In 1995, he moved to Berlin and joined the Deutsche Oper Ballet.
In 1999, he retired as a dancer and became a Ballet teacher and Ballet Master at English National Ballet School where he stayed until July 2005. During this time, he received an Exemption of the French Diploma of State of Professor of Ballet for Professional experience in teaching
Since 2005, he taught in various Dance Companies and Schools in Europe, Mexico and the UK.
In 2007 and 2008, he organised a Summer Ballet Course for adults at Danceworks.
Since July 2008, He qualified as a Pilates Instructor following Alan Herdman training course.
Jean-Pascal regularily teaches company class teacher for Ballet Black .He is available for private coaching or group coaching in either Ballet or Pilates.He is currently employed as Pilates Instructor in The Practice in Notting Hill since January 2009.

Since 2006 Jean-Pascal has been teaching at Danceworks all levels (from beginner to professional) in Ballet and Pointe Work. In August 2010, He is organising some Master Classes in Danceworks.
In 2007 and 2008, he organised a Summer Ballet Course for adults at Danceworks. Since July 2008, He qualified as a Pilates Instructor following Alan Herdman's training course.
He is currently employed as Pilates Instructor in The Practice in Notting Hill since January 2009
Jean-Pascal is a regular guest teacher for Ballet Black.
