Privacy policy - EFFECTIVE FROM JANUARY - TO DECEMBER 2009 (UNLESS CHANGES ARE POSTED HERE)
www.mystagepro.com has been built to facilitate users through the exchange and processes of online data and as such, inevitably collects information about you.
This is why we give you control of your information. Our default privacy settings limit the information displayed in your profile to your networks and other reasonable community limitations. Mystagepro has two main principles:
1. You should have control over your personal information.
Mystagepro helps you share information with your friends and people around you. You choose what information you put in your profile, including contact, curriculum vitae and personal information, pictures and videos.
2. You should have access to the information others want to share.
The point about profiling and professional career promotion sites is that the information about its members should be as easy as possible to share amongst its members and those who have a legitimate professional reason to access and/or utilise this information.
Mystagepro & age limits
Mystagepro is a personal profile and professional career management tool for professionally trained entertainment personnel looking for employment in the entertainment industry which are international businesses, primarily operating under International and sometimes also Maritime laws.
International Employment legislation states in most cases that it is not legally permissable to gain paid employment outside your official country of main residence until you are 18 years old.
To fail to impose a minimum age for profile members serves no purpose other than to clog up and therefore slow down the effectiveness of the Mystagepro site for all concerned.
A “reasonable” age to be considered for professional employment as an entertainer in the entertainment businesses we have set as a minimum age of 16.
We are sorry to disappoint those prospective members still too young to join , however, we look forward to welcoming you as Profile members as soon as you qualify, and now, get back to your training and stop bothering us!
Children Under Age 16
Mystagepro does not knowingly collect or solicit personal
information from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such
persons to register.
If you are under 16, please do not attempt to register for Mystagepro or send any information about yourself to us,
including your name, address, telephone number, or email address.
No one under age 16 may provide any personal information to or on Mystagepro. In the event that we learn that we have collected
personal information from a person under the age of 16 we will delete
that information as quickly as possible.
If you believe that we might have any information from or about someone under the age of 16 please contact us at
underage@mystagepro.com.
