mystagepro will not write and ask you for information unless it was you who wrote to us first - You provided us with EVERYTHING we need to know about you already on our database at SIGN-UP.
We will NEVER ask you for passport or Financial details of any description. If you are asked, it is NOT us!
OTHER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: WHY IS THE PROCESS TO RESEND LOST PASSWORDS OR USERNAMES MORE COMPLICATED THAN MANY OTHER SITES? The Internet has become a gold-mine of digital information for everyone. While we do not allow any sensitive financial or personal information about you to be held on our servers and all of the information you give us is encrypted, it is not beyond the determined criminal or simply stupid vandalistic hacker to attempt to breach security. Sometimes this is even attempted by legitimate authorities to test Security Systems We therefore encrypt your SIGN-UP information and have to go through a complicated process shielded from prying eyes to re-access it if you have to ask us for it. This is why we urge all members to take look after their details properly and require you to fill in a form in order to be let back into the site if you accidentally lock yourself out. THIS PROTECTS YOU AND YOUR PROFILE and US from massive legal problems if people of bad-intent wanted to compromise or access our databases. We are just making it difficult for mischief makers. CREDIT CARD SECURITY - Are my credit card details safe? Yes.
Mystagepro uses the latest 128bit encryption technology and we have the back up of the guarantees of the world’s most secure online payment systems.
We do not see ANY sensitive financial information about anyone who uses the site, as it is automatically encrypted by engines which are completely disconnected from the site. We are forwarded information that subscriptions are paid and/or up to date. We do not handle the payments issues.
WHY ARE MULTIPLE PROFILES AT THE SAME E MAIL ADDRESS DISALLOWED?
You can have as many profiles as you like but each Profile can only be associated with one e mail address.
You cannot have more than one Profile at the same e-mail address because we use the e-mail address you give us to resend forgotten LOG-IN details which are attached to each individual Profile and as a security backstop.
We have decided that it is best to use your e mail address as the primary contact, as this is the least likely thing you will forget.
This also enables us to let potential emploeys contact you by more means than just the internal messaging service in case of an emergency booking.
We are trying to make the site as easy to use and uncomplex as possible in order for it to run most effectively whilst retaining the highest Internet security standards.
If you have to change your e mail address for an extremely good reason:
i.e Your web mail has been fatally compromised by a major security breach, your provider closes down, or for a similar reason write to:
explaining that your e mail address has been changed and we will amend our records and provide you with Re-LOGIN access.
N.B.Your e mail address is forwarded to Employers when you submit your Profile for SHORTLISTING, so ensure your e mail address is always current and working.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT IS BEST TO INCLUDE IN MY PROFILE?
For ideas on what to include in your Profile click on the Profiles Button next to the HOME page.
Tour the Profile and look at the notes on the videos and headshot examples and the information other PROFILES have uploaded for categories, tips and ideas. PROFILE VIEWING - Is my profile available to anyone? Yes, but they cannot interact with you or send you messages unless they have a Profile themselves or they are a REGISTERED EMPLOYER. HOW DO I MAKE MY PROFILE INVISIBLE?
Delete your MAIN PHOTO.
Be aware if you wish to continue to see the changes on your Profile as they present at the man site, you will need to re-upload a MAIN PHOTO temporarily to do so.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?
You can cancel your account by just not paying any more subscriptions - easy If you no longer wish to have you Profile visible with immediate effect, delete your MAIN PHOTO.(see above)
WHY CAN I NOT SEE MY VIDEO? You may have uploaded too big a file. If you do not know how big your Video file is, find the folder in which it is being archived on your computer and check the information. If it is very big, we suggest you think about re-editing or at least recompressing it.
It is better to have a short and focused showreels rather than one which goes on too long and loses prospective employers interest. We provide the facility to upload unlimited numbers of videos and showreel clips so you have ample opportunties to present yourself in a multitude of ways and with shorter and more easily downloadable clips. MY VIDEO HAS UPLOADED ACCORDING TO THE MESSAGE, BUT I CANNOT SEE IT.
There is a chance that you have forgotten to credit it or the server is experiencing capacity congestion. Go back to your ADMIN page and check VIDEO----EDIT. If all is well there, then you may have to wait a few minutes or hours for the Video to display.

JOBS - How do I apply for a job I see on the jobs list? You can E mail your Profile if there is an E Mail Submissions address attached to the JOB POSTING or anywhere you wish to submit you electronic publicity/press profile

If an employer wishes to accept submissions at mystagepro you will never be charged a fee of any description, for submission or commission or access to the job listings . Just copy and paste the e-mail address of the Employer - Casting Director - Job Op -into the E Mail TO: bar Compose a short e mail inviting the recipient to CLICK ON THE URL ; www.mystagepro/yourname.
They click and your Profile comes up directly on your main CV/Profile page.
ARCHIVING MY DETAILS How long will my Profile stay active after my subscriptions have lapsed?
Your profile is active for as long as you are up to date with the Pay As You Go subscription of either 30 days, 90 days OR 180 days. Your subscription lapse date is displayed on your admin page. 5 months and 28days after you last subscription has lapsed we will archive the messages in your Messages Sent and Received folders. 6 months and 1 day after your last subscription has lapsed we will send your Message Archive as a TEXT FILE to the last e mail address you provided us registered on our system. Following this we will return your Profile name to the available names list.

How do I get my Profile at mystagepro deleted or banned? Displaying the wrong kind or entirely inappropriate personal information. This means putting up your phone number, displaying your private email address or simply being incautious or indelicate with your personal information.
Do not put anything on your mystagepro Profile that you wouldn't want someone to see OR that your mother would consider inappropriate. Be very careful with ANY information which might BE USED FOR CRIMINAL, IDENTITY FRAUD OR OTHER POTENTIALLY ILLEGAL PURPOSES.

Can I create duplicate profiles?
This is not needed for any reason and would confuse all of the systems and other users. If you wish to duplicate your Profile you merely sign-up as a different user and pay twice. Ok by us, but odd.
If you have different functions within the Industry and want to focus attention on yourself differently for different purposes, by all means have more than one profile or use the additional UPLOAD WEBSITE function. We hope we have provided enough categories and other functionality within the single Profile categories for most usual requirements

You can also upload your own and your agent's website to your Profile page if you want more extensive marketing coverage.
Can I spam Profiles and Private messages with advertising? Nobody likes this and is just a waste of your time (because you'll be banned), a waste of time for whoever you spammed, who will complain and makes Mystagepro look dumb and careless.
This is in violation of our T’s & C’s (i.e. your contract with us) and proper Mystagepro or any other profile service’s etiquette. Don't try it!
What about Pornography? The internet is full of porn. Please go find it elsewhere. The fact that our hosting company doesn't allow it either, puts a total nix on porn - repeat: NO Porn or we will come into work to find blank screens.
There is a difference between tasteful nearly nude publicity shots on your profile - which is why you must be at least 16 years old to take a Profile - and porn.
If you encounter anything which is clearly PORN in the Profiles, please report it immediately here
Specify the PROFILE name and and any other information. We shall do our best to investigate immediately What about harassing someone?
Nobody likes being harrassed or cyber-bullying and we especially don't like hearing about it. If we hear about it we will get very upset and BLOCK YOUR PROFILE.
If you don't like someone leave them alone and take the high road.
Can I embed vbscript or pop-ups within my page? Doing this is just malicious and hinders good practice.Our engines are so good we do not enable Embeds or 3rd Party Pop-Ups and they are not required.
If you want further functionality put it all on your OWN WEBSITE and use the link buttons provided in your Profile
We will certainly block Profiles which mess around at all with ANY of our site codes or designs.
Can I block ads from displaying on my profile? Bandwidth and server space are both expensive for the quality, speed and reliability we are trying to deliver.
Running ads is the only way we are able to cover these costs and keep your subscriptions as low as possible.
Racist/Hate/Sexist/Bigoted Religious and/or Political views, imagery or references. Is TOTALLY unacceptable and will get a Profile owner banned immediately and possibly reported to the appropriate authorities.
